A full body naturopathic-supported massage to relieve discomfort, realign the uterus, improve circulation to the womb, and release scar tissue where present. This session works with the nervous, digestive, endocrine, and reproductive systems to restore harmony and flow.
– Massage Infused with certified organic botanical oils designed in-house by our Naturopath for preconception care & fertility support.
– Incorporates herbal compresses, essential oils, massage & reflexology to stimulate the endocrine and reproductive systems.
30-Minute Spinal Energetics / Reiki Treatment
Energetic releasing and clearing of the womb space to remove subconscious blocks, stored trauma, and emotional imprints that may be affecting fertility outcomes. This work creates space for new life — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Fertility Massage Timing
Fertility massage is most effective when booked after your period has finished and before ovulation (your follicular phase).
This is the ideal time to:
• Boost circulation to the uterus and ovaries
• Support healthy egg development and uterine lining
• Prepare your body for conception
For safety, we avoid abdominal and womb massage after ovulation in case pregnancy has occurred, to protect implantation and early pregnancy.
