Your journey begins with an optional warm herbal elixir, a naturopathic infusion of passionflower, lemon balm, chamomile, and skullcap, crafted in house by Claire our Naturopath to quiet the nervous system from within. A flowing full-body massage follows, using warm, aromatic oils of lavender, frankincense, and blue tansy, with the addition of weighted blankets, hot towels, nervous system supportive oils and gentle compresses to melt tension and invite deep release.

As your body surrenders, we step into your energetic session of somatic beats, NLP reprogramming, 9D downregulation gentle breathing, Reiki and Spinal Energetics energetic work, removing what no longer serving your mind body and soul.
