Your journey begins with an optional warm herbal elixir, a naturopathic infusion of passionflower, lemon balm, chamomile, and skullcap, crafted in house by Claire our Naturopath to quiet the nervous system from within. A flowing full-body massage follows, using warm, aromatic oils of lavender, frankincense, and blue tansy, with the addition of weighted blankets, hot towels, nervous system supportive oils and gentle compresses to melt tension and invite deep release.

As your body surrenders, Reiki and Spinal Energetics harmonise your energy, dissolving blockages and restoring flow. Crystals are placed with intention, while subtle sound vibrations wash over you, guiding you into profound calm. Your ritual closes with a gentle grounding practice, leaving you lighter, more aligned, balanced, and deeply at peace.
