Blending evidence-informed naturopathy with nervous system support, somatic practices, breathwork and therapeutic bodywork, KORA offers a holistic approach to women’s health and wellbeing.

Our naturopathic care supports women through preconception and fertility, hormonal concerns, gut health, stress, fatigue and the changing seasons of womanhood. With a special interest in fertility and reproductive health, we help women create strong foundations for conception, pregnancy and overall wellness.

Alongside naturopathy, KORA offers supportive healing modalities including 9D Breathwork, Kundalini Activation, Spinal Energetics, Reiki and therapeutic bodywork. These sessions are designed to help regulate the nervous system, support emotional release and create space for deeper reconnection.
