Fertility Foundations Program
Preconception Care & Nervous System–Led Fertility Support
Fertility Foundations Program
The Fertility Foundations Program is a structured preconception support program designed to optimise hormonal health, reproductive readiness, and nervous system regulation prior to conception.
This program takes an integrative approach, combining evidence-based naturopathic preconception care with somatic and nervous system–focused therapies to support both the physiological and subconscious factors involved in conception.
This program is ideal for women who are:
• Preparing their body for pregnancy within the next 3–12 months
• Seeking professional preconception care with a holistic, regulated approach
• Wanting to address stress, cycle irregularity, inflammation, or hormonal imbalance before trying to conceive
• Aware that nervous system load and subconscious stress can influence fertility outcomes
This program focuses on foundational preconception optimisation, rather than intensive fertility or IVF-specific treatment.
Naturopathic Preconception Care

• Nervous system load, stress physiology, and lifestyle influences
• Nutritional status, dietary patterns, and micronutrient sufficiency

Nervous System & Somatic Support
1 × Fertility-Focused Breathwork Session
(Online or In-Person)
Guided breathwork is included to support regulation of the nervous system and release of subconscious stress patterns that may impact preconception health.
From a preconception perspective, prolonged stress and sympathetic nervous system activation can influence:
• Hormonal signalling via the HPO axis
• Ovulation and luteal phase support
• Inflammatory and immune responses
• The body’s ability to shift into a parasympathetic, receptive state
This session supports:
• Down-regulation of the stress response
• Improved vagal tone and nervous system flexibility
• Release of stored emotional and physiological tension
• Increased body awareness, safety, and receptivity
Breathwork works at both a physiological and subconscious level, supporting the body’s ability to move out of survival and into repair, regulation, and reproductive readiness.
Energetic Support
1 × Fertility-Focused Spinal Energetics Session – 60 minutes
(Online or In-Person)
Spinal Energetics is included as a complementary therapy to support nervous system regulation and subconscious pattern release during the preconception phase.
Chronic stress, unresolved emotional patterning, and long-standing protective responses can influence:
• Hormonal regulation
• Pelvic and reproductive tissue tone
• Autonomic nervous system balance
• The body’s sense of safety around conception and pregnancy
This session works by supporting:
• Regulation of the autonomic nervous system
• Release of stored stress and emotional tension held within the body
• Clearing subconscious protective patterns that may impact receptivity
• Reconnection with the pelvic and sacral centres associated with reproduction
While Spinal Energetics does not replace medical or naturopathic care, it provides a somatic and nervous system–based layer of support that can be valuable during preconception preparation.
Nervous System Regulation & Preconception Health
A regulated nervous system plays a critical role in reproductive health. Persistent stress may influence:
• Hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian (HPO) axis function
• Hormonal balance and ovulatory signalling
• Immune and inflammatory pathways
• The body’s capacity for implantation and early pregnancy support
By addressing both physiological and subconscious stress responses, this program aims to create an internal environment that supports:
• Hormonal balance
• Cycle regularity
• Emotional safety and embodiment
• A sense of readiness to conceive

What to expect during your appointment
Naturopathic care at KORA Wellness Co takes a holistic, women-centred approach, with a strong focus on fertility, preconception care, and hormonal health.
Your appointment is a space to slow down and be fully heard. We take time to understand your complete health picture — including your menstrual cycle, hormonal history, fertility goals, stress levels, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing. By exploring how these factors interact, we can identify the underlying contributors affecting hormone balance, cycle health, and reproductive function.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, our approach looks at root causes, allowing treatment to be personalised, purposeful, and supportive of your long-term fertility and hormonal health.
Your care plan is unique to your body and may include naturopathic medicine, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, nervous system regulation strategies, and targeted supplementation where appropriate.
Functional & Hormonal Pathology Testing
As part of a comprehensive fertility and women’s health approach, functional pathology testing may be recommended to gain deeper insight into hormonal, metabolic, microbiome, or inflammatory imbalances.
Testing is always individualised and used to guide clinical decisions, helping us better understand factors influencing ovulation, cycle regularity, implantation, hormone balance, and overall reproductive health.
Functional testing options may include:
• Stool testing for gut microbiome and digestive health
• Vaginal swab testing for vaginal microbiome balance
• Urine testing for complex UTI screening and hormone cofactors
• Blood testing for nutrients, thyroid function, iron status, vitamin D, B12 and general health markers
• Saliva testing for female hormones, stress hormones, and hormone rhythm patterns
Testing costs vary depending on the type of test and typically range between $50–$500. All testing is discussed thoroughly before proceeding.
