Claire Ayres is a Wellness and Energetic Practitioner devoted to guiding you through deep transformation — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

With a background as a qualified Naturopath (BHSc), 9D Breathwork, Massage and Energetic work, Claire's practice, was born from a desire to blend science, energy, and soul — creating a space where you can return home to your bodies and awaken them to full vitality.

Claire’s work has evolved to integrate Spinal Energetics, Kundalini Activation, and 5D Breathwork, allowing her to hold profoundly healing sessions that dissolve subconscious blocks, restore nervous system regulation, and awaken the bodies embodiment.

Whether through her hands-on treatments, energetic immersions, or holistic guidance, Claire’s mission is to help feel deeply held, liberated, and aligned with their truest expression — in body, mind, and spirit.
